Mushaf TV Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Mushaf TV (the “App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

Definitions

  • User: Any individual who accesses or uses the App.
  • Services: All content, features, and functionalities provided through the App, including audio, video, live streams, on-demand content, and related services.
  • Subscription: A paid plan granting access to premium features or content.
  • In-App Purchases: Purchases of digital content or features made within the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App, or have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

User Account

  • Certain features may require creating an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription & Payment

  1. Subscription fees apply based on the selected plan (monthly, annual, or one-time, where applicable).
  2. All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
  3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play before the end of the current billing period.
  4. Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies and applicable laws. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Google Play and subject to Google Play’s terms and policies.

In-App Purchases

  • In-App Purchases are digital items and are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or Google Play policies.
  • Purchased content is tied to the user’s Google account and may be restored on supported devices using the same account.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  1. Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  2. Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
  3. Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the security, performance, or integrity of the App or its services.

Intellectual Property Rights

Except where otherwise stated, the App, including its software, design, user interface, original text, graphics, logos, and proprietary features, is owned by or licensed to PT Altara Innovation Group (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

 

Certain content available in the App may be derived from public-domain sources, open-source materials, or third-party licensors, including but not limited to Qur’anic text, translations, recitations, fonts, icons, and software libraries. Such content remains the property of its respective owners or is used in accordance with applicable licenses.

 

Nothing in these Terms grants Users ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App or its content, except for the limited right to access and use the App in accordance with these Terms.

Trademarks

“Mushaf TV” and all related names, logos, designs, and branding used in connection with the App are trademarks or service marks of PT Altara Innovation Group, unless otherwise stated.

 

All other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos appearing in the App are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

 

Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right or license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any trademarks, service marks, graphics, or logos displayed in the App without prior written permission from the respective owner.

Religious Content Disclaimer

The App provides Islamic and Qur’anic content for educational and informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and authenticity, the content is provided “as is”. Users are responsible for how they interpret and use the content, and the App does not replace scholarly consultation or formal religious instruction.

Service Availability & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or Services at any time, with or without notice. We may suspend or terminate user accounts if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the App is detected.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

 

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We also do not guarantee the quality, availability, or performance of any audio or video streams, which may vary or be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to the User’s internet connection, network conditions, device capabilities, or third-party service providers.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT Altara Innovation Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App or Services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective once posted within the App or otherwise communicated. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
